“D” Day
THERE IS AN IMPORTANT CHANGE FOR THE FULTON HEIGHTS BUS ROUTE:
Bus #14 morning route will NOT pick up at the last 2 stops … Fulton Street at Jim’s Market and Fulton Spring Road and Fulton Street. These 2 stops are NOW ASSIGNED to be picked up on Bus #17 … 6:50 am Fulton St. at Jim’s Market and 6:52 at Fulton Street and Fulton Spring Road. Bus #17 will be leaving earlier than before so please plan accordingly. Only the morning stops have changed. After school the North Medford bus will leave PROMPTLY at 2:50 every day.
Attention students: if you are interested in attending the Empowering Girls Conference on December 8th in Cambridge, please see Ms. Normandin to sign up by TODAY. Ten students will be selected to attend.
This Sunday, Whole Foods Market and the Friends of the Fells present the “Fall for the Fells” event from 12-4 pm. The event features a 5K Trail Race, a Kid’s Fun Run, family activities and food. Race registration takes place online, and the festival activities are free and open to the public. Come on down and join the fun!
Volunteers are needed for the “Fall for the Fells” 5K this Sunday. Volunteers can help any time between 9 am and 5 pm and will receive t-shirts and community service hours. Volunteers can also run the race for FREE, if desired. Please contact Lindsay Beal at lindsay@yarsley.com to volunteer.

A swim clinic for any high school students that can swim but want to improve endurance, stamina and strokes will start this Sunday 10-11:30 am at the Medford High School pool. The clinic is free for all Medford High School students. The clinic is scheduled for November 6, 12, and 19. See Ms. Perry to register.
A huge thank you to all the students who helped out with the Halloween Costume Contest. From taking pictures to counting votes, there are really too many of you to count. Everyone has been amazing and helpful. We will be announcing the final award categories on Monday! Have a great weekend!
