Medford High sophomores and juniors along with ELA teachers Jody Liu, Eric Esner, and Barry Lewis attended the Actors’ Shakespeare Project’s production of Hamlet performed at the Church of the Covenant in the Back Bay on Newbury Street in Boston. The historic and beautiful church provided a unique venue for the performance and allowed actors the opportunity to carry the action into the aisles between the pews, giving students a closeup perspective.
