What is it?
- Transitioning to life after high school takes preparation and planning
- Connect with available community organizations, agencies, and resources
- An opportunity for students and families to learn about adult agencies and programs, job preparation/vocational career training programs, post-secondary education (other than traditional college programs), legal issues including guardianship, community/independent living, and social/recreational programs
Who should attend?
- Students ages 14-22 with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Family members
- Interested professionals
Some of the agencies represented include Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC), MA Department of Developmental Services (DDS), EMARC, Northeast ARC, the Transition Program at Middlesex Community College, Easter Seals, Epic Service Warriors, Outside the Lines Studio and more!
